1. Returns – General Policy

We accept returns only upon approval by our customer support team. A return will be considered only if:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or
  • There is a mismatch in the product (e.g., wrong title or edition)

Return requests that do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately not be accepted.


2. Conditions for Return

For a return request to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.
  • You must share clear images/videos of the damage or issue for verification.

3. Return Process

a) Step 1 – Raise a Request

Send an email or WhatsApp message within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Images or video proof

b) Step 2 – Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

c) Step 3 – Pickup/Return

If approved, we’ll guide you through the return method or arrange a pickup if applicable.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, or Net Banking)
  • Within 5–7 business days of return acceptance

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. You’ll need to provide your bank account details securely.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product is returned without original packaging
  • The product shows signs of use or intentional damage
  • You initiate a return after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product was purchased during a clearance sale (unless damaged)

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If the item is incorrect or defective, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order after approval.
