Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹599.
- Orders below ₹499: A nominal shipping fee of ₹40–₹60 may apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service may include an additional fee.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed:
- You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message.
- When dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your email/phone.
- You can use this ID to track your shipment on our website or the courier partner’s website.
Undelivered Packages
If the delivery attempt fails due to incomplete address, unreachable contact number, or customer refusal, the shipment will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged after verifying the address and may incur an additional charge.
Secure Packaging
All books are packed using tamper-proof and waterproof packaging materials. Fragile or premium items are bubble-wrapped for additional safety.
